55 Seventy, a membership-only social club focused on food and wine, is coming to Houston's Upper Kirby district.

Construction will begin late-2025 on a 30,000-square-foot, three-story clubhouse with a rooftop terrace overlooking Levy Park, according to an April 8 news release.

800 wine lockers
a full-service restaurant
a demonstration kitchen for wine and food events
