Kore Wa Oishidesu Sushi, or KWO Sushi, is the newest addition to the international food hall at the POST Houston entertainment venue.
The details
KWO Sushi joined the downtown Houston marketplace in early February. POST Market is home to more than 30 diverse restaurants and shops, including Chop N Blok, Twisted Grilled Cheese and Yoyo's Hot Dog, according to the venue's website.

KWO Sushi was created by wife-duo Fabi and Daniela Guevara—two Houston-based chefs with more than 20 years of culinary experience, according to a Feb. 24 email from a representative.
On the menu
The eatery will offer both traditional rolls and more "creative" options, including a ceviche roll and fresh nigiri, according to the email. Diners can also get shareable small plates of edamame, dumplings and crispy fried Brussels sprouts.

Heartier meals include rice bowls with protein options such as chicken teriyaki, spicy tuna and pork belly, per the email.
