In order to “more efficiently serve guests,” the Chick-fil-A located in Braeswood Place has plans to remodel the restaurant and make more space in the drive-thru area, according to a restaurant spokesperson.

The fast-food chicken chain located at 3101 West Holcombe Blvd., Houston, will undergo a 4,529-square-foot remodel that will allow for the drive-thru expansion as well as updates to the dining room. Construction is projected to begin Jan. 11 with plans to reopen within the next few weeks, according to the spokesperson.

Beyond drive-thru services, the chain also offers mobile ordering, delivery, catering, WiFi and a playground, according to its website.
