In November, theater officials announced a new three-year lease at a space on Bellaire Boulevard in the Gulfton area. The announcement stated that the new location will be convenient for theater enthusiasts across southwest Houston.
Before the move to Gulfton, Company OnStage held shows and performances at Westbury Square until the shopping center shut down in 2015. Since then, according to the announcement, theater guests took to various temporary venues such as a Bellaire park for a holiday performance, churches and a theater venue in downtown Houston.
Company OnStage has provided accessible and affordable theater arts programs since 1978.
