Seabrook broke ground on the Pine Gully Wastewater Treatment Plant in December. Located next to the Public Works Complex at 1100 Red Bluff Road, Seabrook, the project is expected to finish by spring 2024. It includes relocated a wastewater treatment plant that is less than 5 feet above sea level within 1/10 of a mile from Galveston Bay to a more inland location 15 feet above sea level and out of the flood plain, Seabrook officials said. 281-291-5600.
