Coventry Homes has started sales in the Edgewater community, located along NASA Parkway in Webster, according to a Sept. 9 media release.
Homebuyers can choose from 15 floor plans priced from the $350,000s. Homes will feature gourmet island kitchens, large patios, outdoor kitchens, wine rooms, media rooms, game rooms and three-car garages. A model home is anticipated to open later this year. Until the model home opens, prospective buyers can visit the temporary sales center at 816 Water St., which is open daily, per the release.
The community features a playground, dog park and open green space with 25 acres of protected wetlands; it is located within Clear Creek ISD boundaries. www.coventryhomes.com
