The Bay Area Council on Drugs and Alcohol is celebrating its 50th anniversary of operation. To mark this milestone, the BACODA, in collaboration with the Galveston County Community Coalition, has organized a series of free events for the public. These events include yoga sessions held at the Seawall on Seawall Boulevard in Galveston as well as cooking classes taking place at the Dickinson Library located at 4411 Hwy. 3.
