A Texas-based bank system is adding another location in the Hill Country.
What's happening
Texas Regional Bank is planning on opening a new location at 19 Herff Road in Boerne by late September to early October, Blythe Cox, the bank’s Community Engagement Officer, said.
“We’ve been wanting to get to Boerne for quite some time,” Blythe said.
A closer look
The financial institution offers traditional banking services, trust and wealth management services and mortgage loans.
Blythe said they have already begun hiring locally for the new location.
Texas Regional Bank has 35 locations across Texas, and opened its first branch in the Hill Country back in 2017 in Bulverde, Blythe said.
