The final unofficial vote tally for five Harris County races with all 700 voting centers reporting results shows:
- Democrat Annette Ramirez defeated Republican Steve Radack 747,872 to 715,165 in the race for Harris County tax assessor-collector.
- Christian D. Menefee, a Democrat incumbent, won the race for Harris County attorney with 731,100 votes to Republican Jacqueline Smith's 717,840.
- Incumbent Democrat Richard Cantu defeated Danielle Dick by a vote of 758,285 to 688,557 for Place 3 on the county board of education, an at-large position.
- Republican incumbent Mark Herman retained his position as Harris County Constable Precinct 4, with 245,369 votes, to Democratic challenger Sam "Hutch" Hutchison's 159,333 votes.
- Republican Terry Allbritton received 209,216 votes in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 5, and Democrat Jerome Moore received 181,918 votes.
With 685 of Harris County's 700 voting centers reporting Election Day results early on Nov. 6, winners emerged in five local races.
- Democrat Annette Ramirez solidified a narrow lead against Republican Steve Radack with with 746,399 votes to his 714,307 votes in the race for Harris County tax assessor-collector.
- Christian D. Menefee, a Democrat incumbent, received 729,708 votes, retaining a lead against Republican Jacqueline Smith, who received 716,914 votes in the Harris County attorney race.
- Incumbent Democrat Richard Cantu received 756,804 votes in the race for Place 3 on the county board of education, an at-large position, retaining his seat against Republican challenger Danielle Dick, who received 687,711 votes.
- Republican incumbent Mark Herman emerged as victor in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 4, with 245,224 votes, while challenger Sam "Hutch" Hutchison, a Democrat, received 159,088 votes.
- Republican Terry Allbritton received 209,170 votes in the race for Harris County Constable Precinct 5, and Democrat Jerome Moore received 181,829 votes.

With 12 of 700 voting centers reporting Election Day results, results in five Harris County elections remained the same as those indicated during early and absentee voting.
- Democrat Annette Ramirez retained a narrow lead with 593,774 votes to Republican Steve Radack's 582,030 votes in the race for Harris County tax assessor-collector.
- In the race for Harris County attorney, Christian D. Menefee, a Democrat incumbent, received 585,963 votes, and Jacqueline Smith, the Republican challenger, was close behind with 579,507 votes.
- In the race for Place 3 on the county board of education, an at-large position, incumbent Democrat Richard Cantu received 603,150 votes, and Republican challenger Danielle Dick received 559,642 votes.
- In the race for Harris County constable, Precinct 4, Republican incumbent Mark Herman maintained his lead with 201,464 votes, while challenger Sam "Hutch" Hutchison, a Democrat, received 126,233 votes.
- Results for Precinct 5 Harris County constable show Republican Terry Allbritton with 172,710 votes, and Democrat Jerome Moore with 144,227 votes.

Early voting results for a number of Harris County elections began to roll in after 7 p.m. Nov. 5.
Among the races with contested seats this year were the Harris County tax assessor-collector; attorney; Department of Education trustee, Place 3; Precinct 4 constable; and Precinct 5 constable.
What you need to know
- In the race for Harris County tax assessor-collector, Democrat Annette Ramirez received 591,345 votes, taking an early lead, and Republican Steve Radack received 580,303 votes. Ramirez's experience includes 22 years as a property tax attorney and serving as assistant general counsel at Aldine ISD. Radack's experience includes serving as the former Precinct 3 Harris County commissioner as well as an elected constable in Precinct 5.
- Early voting showed incumbent Christian D. Menefee, a Democrat, received 583,559 votes, and Jacqueline Smith, the Republican challenger, received 577,776 votes in the race for Harris County attorney. Smith is challenging incumbent Menefee, who first won the seat in 2021.
- In the race for Place 3 on the county board of education, an at-large position, Democrat Richard Cantu, the incumbent, received 600,675 votes, and Republican challenger Danielle Dick received 558,006 votes.
- In the race for Precinct 4 constable, Republican incumbent Mark Herman took an early lead with 201,389 votes, while challenger Sam "Hutch" Hutchison, a Democrat, received 126,113 votes. Herman was first elected to the position in 2016.
- In the race for Precinct 5 constable, Republican Terry Allbritton received 172,198 votes, and Democrat Jerome Moore received 143,794 votes. Incumbent Ted Heap did not run for re-election.
