The board also approved priority repairs for Victory Lakes Intermediate School, which will also be paid for through the 2023 bond, board documents note.
According to bond documents, priority repairs for the school include replacing flooring, microphones and sound systems in both gyms.
The total cost will be just over $3.75 million, and repairs are expected to be completed by the end of July, according to board documents.

Trustees also approved a ground equipment replacement, which will include mowers, tractors, aerators and spraying equipment, according to board documents.
The board approved two vendors for the replacement, including Houston-based consultant Professional Turf Products and Houston-based tractor dealer Ewald Kubota.
Combining both vendors, the replacement will cost $600,000 and will be paid for through the district’s capital fund.
