Morales is the current campus president of Tarrant County College's TCC Connect Campus in Fort Worth and will begin his position July 14, according to the release. He received a bachelor's degree in biology/microbiology and a master's degree in education from Inter American University in Puerto Rico. He earned a doctorate degree in education from Capella University.
Morales plans to expand access, enhance faculty support and engagement, and leverage emerging technologies to enrich the learning and teaching experience, according to the news release.
