Back-to-school forms were opened July 29 and must be filled out by families of both returning and new students by Aug. 8. The forms are to verify school attendance for class lists and scheduling purposes, according to the district’s website.
Resident affidavits, which are to prove residency, are being accepted in person from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. beginning Aug. 1 at CCISD’s Central Support Facility, 2145 W. NASA Blvd., Webster, according to the district’s website. More information on instructions and what forms to bring can be found on the district’s resident affidavit portion of its website.

School supply lists for both elementary and intermediate schools can be found on the district’s website.

This upcoming school year marks the first one the district’s tuition-based pre-K was opened with no set cap on the number of spots available.
According to the district’s website, CCISD’s tuition-based pre-K program still has limited availability for the following schools:
- Greene Elementary
- Hall Elementary
- Stewart Elementary
- Ward Elementary
Parents interested in enrolling students into the tuition-based pre-K program must fill out an interest form. Once the form is submitted, parents will be notified when an application window is open. This form could also be used to express interest for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 school year.
The district’s free pre-K program is also still open for enrollment, according to the district’s website.
