Whataburger will host a grand opening for its new League City location at 11 a.m. on Jan. 27, according to a Jan. 26 news release from the restaurant.

As part of opening-day celebrations, the first guest in each drive-thru lane and the first customer inside the dining room will receive free Whataburger for a year.

The details

Whataburger is open 24 hours a day, 364 days a year, and is closed on Christmas Day. Breakfast is served from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m.

The restaurant will feature a 24-hour drive-thru, dining room and online ordering through the Whataburger app and website for curbside pickup and delivery.

"We're excited to offer another opportunity for the League City community to get its hands on Whataburger’s bold, fresh flavors,” Operating Partner Jamie Reid said in a Jan. 26 news release from the restaurant. “We are part of the community and can’t wait to welcome you.”
