Coconut Grove Kemah is set to open next month and will feature a 50-foot bar area, 11 televisions and a 2,000-square-foot patio with artificial turf, officials with the business said.

What’s on the menu

The restaurant will serve brunch, lunch, dinner and happy hour, as well as frozen drinks, beer and other cocktails, according to Coconut Grove’s social media posts.

The posts said the menu will feature food from both sides of the Gulf of Mexico, including masa-battered fish tacos, wings al pastor, asada fries and a Mexican-style smash burger.

One more thing

Coconut Grove Kemah will host events throughout the year and is already planning celebrations for next year’s Fourth of July and Cinco De Mayo.
