Brunch restaurant Hash Kitchen is in its soft opening phase in Webster as of early April, a manager with the business told Community Impact on April 11.

The restaurant serves pancakes, souffle cakes, salads, French toast, waffles, chilaquiles, hash brown-focused dishes, breakfast sandwiches and eggs Benedict, among other menu items, according to the business’s website.

The restaurant will remain in a soft opening phase for one more week before holding a grand opening April 18, the manager said.
This is the second location to open in the Greater Houston area. The first location in Pearland opened in early October, as previously reported by Community Impact.
