While some space is still available for lease, at least six restaurants are already slated to open at the development.
According to the city of Webster, construction on two retail buildings is underway. The development will enjoy high traffic counts of 250,000 vehicles per day on I-45 and 100,000 on Bay Area Boulevard, according to the city.
The Crack Shack
This restaurant serves fried chicken with ingredients sourced from local farmers.
Kura Revolving Sushi Bar
Diners will be able to eat Japanese food that comes to them via conveyor belt.
Shake Shack
Shake Shack is known for its burgers, shakes and custard.
Velvet Taco
This eatery serves unusual combinations, such as chicken and waffle and bacon burger tacos.

Wild Fork
Customers will be able to buy meats such as salmon filets and alligator tenderloins from this food market.
