Officials with the development began selling homes in the community in late 2023. Builders within the community include D.R. Horton, Ashton Woods and K. Hovnanian Homes, which are selling homes starting in the mid-$300,000s.

Once complete, 970 homes are expected to be built in the community, according to the release.
