A variety of services will be offered for free at the 2021 Health & Wellness Fair from 4-7 p.m. The fair will take place at the Learner Support Center, which was formerly Clear Lake High School's ninth-grade center; the building is located at 2903 Falcon Pass, Houston.
Services will include: dental and health screenings, including scoliosis screenings; childhood vaccinations; adult COVID-19 vaccines; and information on local health and wellness resources. Parents are asked to bring their children’s immunization records and insurance information, if insured.
Those interested in receiving childhood vaccines or the adult COVID-19 vaccine are asked to indicate so here.
Families can also take advantage of onsite pre-K and kindergarten registration for the 2021-22 school year. CCISD bilingual staff and data specialists will be on hand to help with registration, per the district website.
