Axiom Space

More than two years after closing on a lease for the building, Axiom Space filed Nov. 13 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for a $1.2 million renovation project on the old Fry’s Electronics Building. The timeline calls for work to begin in January and wrap up later in the year in August.U-Haul

Filings from Nov. 6 with TDLR show a new construction planned for the business. The project, totaling $5 million, will include a climate-controlled self-storage facility. Work is expected to begin in 2025 and go through mid-2026.
