Touchstone Communities, a San Antonio-based company offering short- and long-term nursing and care for seniors, has acquired a facility in League City, according to a news release.

The nursing facility—The Heights of League City—was formerly owned by Regent Care, per the release.

The League City living center will provide care for veterans, residents and families in the area, including post-hospital recovery, skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, dementia support and respite care, according to the release.

The company also took over two more facilities in Laredo and San Antonio this month in its expansion across the state, COO Leslie Campbell said in the release.
