Highland Forest Daycare and Early Learning Center opened in Dickinson on Sept. 9. The daycare, which is owned and operated by a certified teacher and registered nurse, will enroll children from six weeks to 12 years old.
Rachel joined Community Impact in April 2023 and covers government in Pearland, Friendswood and the Bay Area. She graduated from Baylor University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
