Sanabreh Mediterranean Restaurant is set to open in the next two months—depending on final construction approvals from the city, owner Ahmad Sanabreh said.
The eatery will offer Middle Eastern cuisine, such as shawarma—a dish with marinated meat seasoned with spices like cumin, turmeric, and paprika that's stacked on a vertical rotisserie and slowly roasted—and various kabobs. Hookah will also be available for customers to smoke on the outside patio, Sanabreh said.
A website and social media for the business is still under development, the owner said.
