24-hour infrared fitness studio Hotworx is coming to Clear Lake in late spring, according to the new location's general manager, Holli Smith.

The studio, which offers its members access to a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts, broke ground in February. Representatives with the location speculate that build-out will take two to three months.

Starting Feb. 15, Hotworx Clear Lake will begin its presale memberships, which offers residents a discounted rate prior to the studio opening.

Hotworx workouts include isometric and high intensity interval training sessions, such as hot pilates, hot cycle sessions with choreographed intensity intervals and hot bands, a workout which incorporates resistance bands.
