Missouri City residents urged to restrict lawn watering

Effective Aug. 14, residents in a collection of designated areas within the city are requested to limit their lawn watering to once a week until further notice.

203-unit low-income apartment complex Oakwood Trails coming to Louetta Road in Spring



The 4% tax credit application apartment complex will be available for seniors age 62 and older. Oakwood Trails will have 203 units with one- and two-bedroom apartments for rent for $1,003-$1,206 per month.

Egret Bay Boulevard lane closures incoming

Egret Bay Boulevard, also known as FM 270, will undergo lane closures beginning Aug. 28 to allow for the installation of a 36-inch water line. The work will occur southeast of NASA Parkway and northwest of Main Street and last until early November.

Fort Bend County calls $712M mobility bond for November election
