Enjoy holiday winter lights floating through a Texas-shaped lazy river at the Marriott Marquis Houston while sipping on seasonal cocktails. The Texas Winter Lights also features poolside movies, a DJ, karaoke and a silent disco.

The Houston Botanic Garden features a Chinese lantern festival to celebrate the Lunar New Year with interactive elements such as illuminating swings and an angel wings photo spot. Highlights include ginkgo and pine trees, a Chinese temple, a geometric dome and pandas with bamboo.
