There are several events taking place in the Greater Houston area to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15-Oct. 15. This list is not comprehensive.

Houston Science Festival

Bridges to Science is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month at the Humble Civic Center by offering students in grades 5-12 and their families a day of live science demonstrations, activities and panel discussions delivered by STEM professionals.Hispanic Heritage Celebration

The City of Stafford is celebrating hispanic heritage with a two day festival featuring live performances, food trucks and activities. The first day will take place at Stafford Centre festival grounds and will take place at the Stafford Municipal School District the following day.Hispanic Heritage Month Festival

The annual Hispanic Heritage Festival hosted by Harris County Precinct 4 Commissioner Lesley Briones at Bayland Park will feature cultural performances, local food trucks, a piñata station, children’s crafts and activities, and a community resource fair.
