The Shops at Willow Bend mall is wrapping up construction on its restaurant district, part of a $125 million renovation and expansion project described by industry researchers as one of the most ambitious such efforts in the nation. The mall's new restaurant offerings will begin to open throughout the month of September after construction on the buildings and interiors comes to a close, mall spokesperson Amy Medford said on Thursday.
