Wesleyan Homes Inc., a senior living health care nonprofit, announced the appointment of Bethany Sisneroz to the newly created role of chief operating officer June 25. Leading Wesleyan Homes’ service delivery excellence, business operations and strategy implementation, Sisneroz will report to President and CEO Mark Lenhard to ensure the faith-based organization’s mission of service and ministry of care remains embedded within its operations and culture, a news release said.

Prior to joining Wesleyan Homes, Sisneroz served as chief operating officer for The Talent Match Group, a professional agency for long-term care providers, the release said. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Long-Term Care Administration from Texas State University.
