Tri Pointe Homes to bring 108 new single-family abodes to Wolf Ranch

National homebuilder Tri Pointe Homes broke ground on a new slate of lots in the Wolf Ranch community in Georgetown, with plans to add about 108 homes to the development.

Tri Pointe Homes began developing 108 lots in Wolf Ranch in January, according to a release from the company. These lots sit on about 70 acres in the Wolf Ranch development, which is planned to add a total of 2,500 residents to the Georgetown community. Tri Pointe has also built homes in the Retreat at San Gabriel community in western Georgetown.

The new homes will be adjacent to the Wolf Ranch retail center.

The details

Homes built in this piece of the development will have three to five bedrooms, as well as two to four bathrooms, the release states. Construction on model homes of the two styles that will make up the development, the Park and Arbor collections, also began in January.
