Homebuilder Ashton Woods Homes began preselling single-family homes in the third phase of the Patterson Ranch masterplanned community in mid-December, according to a company representative.
The breakdown
The third and final phase of Patterson Ranch includes 129 Ashton Woods homesites. Phase 1 of the development had 71 Ashton Woods homesites as well as construction from Perry Homes, while Phase 2 was developed by Pulte Homes, the representative said in an email.
Home prices in Phase 3 begin at $354,000. The eight floor plans offered range in size from 1,589-2,904 square feet, with three to five bedrooms.
The context
Patterson Ranch is located near Rockride Lane and Westinghouse Road. Students who live in the neighborhood are zoned for Georgetown ISD’s Williams Elementary School, Wagner Middle School and East View High School.
