Green Point Property Company announced plans Dec. 3 to develop the 231-acre GTX Logistics Park in Georgetown, Texas.
GTX Logistics Park, located at 900 FM 972, Georgetown, will feature a large number of parking spaces, trailer storage and build-to-suit options for industrial and distribution use, according to the Dec. 3 news release.
The industrial and distribution spaces will range from 400,000 square feet to 1.45 million square feet. In total, the development will be over 3 million square feet and will be built out in several phases. Phase 1 of the project will feature a 409,822-square-foot cross-dock building scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. Green Point Property Company plans to build 66 dock doors for the Phase 1 building, according to the release.
The logistics park will be Green Point Property Company’s largest development in the Austin metropolitan area, according to the release.
