Construction on a Hyatt Studios, the new extended-stay concept from Hyatt Hotels Corporation, will begin this year, according to developer Caliber.
The details
The 60,000-square-foot hotel will be located on about 2.44 acres in Georgetown near the intersection of I-35 and NE Inner Loop.
With four stories, an outdoor patio, a cafe and a lounge, the new facility will be the only Hyatt-brand hotel within 20 miles, according to Caliber.
