A Crunch Fitness, a Boot Barn and a Dick’s Sporting Goods are among the five most expensive projects filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation in the Austin metro this week.
This project involves the construction of a mixed-use/adaptive reuse project containing 48,797 square feet of structured parking, 13,421 square feet of tenant finish-out space and 102,878 square feet of multifamily residential space and amenities.
This project includes the construction of a new 11,200-square-foot area engineer office building on the existing 10.2-acre Texas Department of Transportation property located in Georgetown. Additional site buildings include Wash Bay, Brinemaker Shed, Equipment Storage, Salt Shed and Fuel Island.
