Frisco officials will host a virtual town hall about the novel coronavirus at 7 p.m. March 16.
Mayor Jeff Cheney announced the virtual town hall, which is set to include the “latest information about the virus” and Frisco’s response to the developing situation, in an email sent by the city March 12.
The public can listen in by calling 888-409-5380 or watch the session live on the city’s Facebook page.
Dr. Mark Gamber, Frisco’s medical director and public health authority, will be part of the town hall along with health experts from Denton and Collin counties.
The message also states Frisco has suspended city business travel outside Dallas-Fort Worth area for its employees.
