The Karahan Companies and KDC are planning to develop approximately 11 million square feet of build-to-suit office space in Frisco’s 2,545-acre Fields development.
If fully developed, the office hub could serve as one of the largest in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.
The details
According to an Oct. 8 Fields news release, the team plans to develop about 11 million square feet of office space, with low-rise campus, mid-rise office and trophy tower options.
Office development opportunities are available throughout Fields, with build-to-suit opportunities along the Dallas North Tollway, Panther Creek Parkway, US 380 and PGA Parkway, the release states.
Frisco’s Fields includes a mix of residential neighborhoods, apartments, retail, restaurants, entertainment and office space across a 2,545-acre master-planned development.
Fields West, an approximately 710,000-square-foot mixed-use property within Fields, has already signed 44 leases with retailers and restaurants, bringing the development to 75% pre-leased.
