Frisco’s $800M Fields West development has added seven new restaurant and retail tenants.
Fields West is a 55-acre urban village within the 2,500-acre Fields master-planned community that will feature 360,000 square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment, along with 350,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Columbus Realty Partners is also developing 1,150 high-end, urban living residences in the Fields West project. With the recently announced tenants, the development is now 75% pre-leased.
What’s coming
The Karahan Companies, developers of Fields West, announced in a July 28 news release that the following tenants have signed leases in the project:
The new brands join the list of previously announced Fields West tenants, including Mastro’s Steakhouse, Design Within Reach, Travis Mathew, Williams Sonoma, Bloomie’s and Culinary Dropout.

Zooming out
In July 2025, Fields West closed on a $425 million construction loan with the development’s opening planned to be phased starting in mid-2027 into 2028.
Additional retail, restaurant and entertainment tenants are expected to be announced as construction continues.
