Residents in Grapevine, Colleyville and Southlake can head to the polls for early voting April 25 through May 3. Election day is May 7.

City Council races in Grapevine and Southlake have been canceled as none of the races were contested; however, all three council races in Colleyville are contested.

The list of races and candidates in Colleyville are as follows:

Mayor: David Kelly and Richard Newton

Place 1: Tammy Nakamura and Carol Wollin

Place 2: Bobby Lindamood and Chuck Mogged

Voters in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD will also be voting on a $249 million bond that contains more than 1,300 proposed projects. The bond package would affect every campus and department in GCISD, from transportation to nutrition.

During the early voting period polling places will be open weekdays, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Extended hours for early voting are April 30, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.; May 1, 11 a.m. -4 p.m.; and May 2-3, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.


Local early voting locations for the Colleyville City Council and GCISD bond elections include:

  •   GCISD Administration Building, 3051 Ira E. Woods Ave., Grapevine

  •   Grapevine Elementary School, 1801 Hall Johnson Road, Grapevine

  •   Colleyville City Hall, 100 Main St., Colleyville

  •   The REC of Grapevine, 1175 Municipal Way, Grapevine


Any Tarrant County early voting location may be used during early voting.
