Texas Blockchain Council opened this summer at 1900 Jay Ell Drive, Richardson. The association is made up of companies and individuals working to influence cryptocurrency regulations and make Texas the jurisdiction of choice for innovation in blockchain technology, according to TBC President Lee Bratcher. www.texasblockchaincouncil.org
