Happy Lemon is coming to 169 N. Plano Road, Richardson. The Chinese boba company sells a variety of fruit teas, milk teas, cheese teas, smoothies and slushies. The company expanded to the U.S. in 2014 and is now teasing several Texas locations, including the Richardson site, although no opening date has been announced as of Feb. 23. www.instagram.com/happylemontx
