Zalat Pizza opened a Frisco location in early November at 4275 Legacy Drive, Frisco. It will be open for takeout and delivery, but not for dine-in service.

Jersey Mike’s Subs expects to open in the spring at 205 S. Plano Road, Richardson. The fast-casual restaurant offers an array of hot and cold sandwiches in addition to sides and desserts.

Gloria’s Latin Cuisine opened to customers Nov. 17 at 3635 W. University Drive, McKinney. The McKinney location is the Salvadorian-inspired restaurant’s 21st in Texas.
