Richardson residents will have access to 19 different voting locations across Collin and Dallas counties for the May 6 general election.
Locally, on the ballot are four City Council races—including the Richardson mayor seat—two Richardson ISD races, three Plano ISD races and a citywide bond proposition for a new city hall.
For early voting, Dallas and Collin county residents can vote at First Baptist Church Richardson, which is located at 1001 N. Central Expressway. Early voting will take place April 24-May 2.

On election day, Richardson residents can cast ballots at 16 different voting centers in Dallas County. These include:
  • First Baptist Richardson, 1001 N. Central Expressway;
  • Islamic Association of North Texas, 840 Abrams Road;
  • Dover Elementary School, 700 Dover Drive;
  • Professional Development Center, 701 W. Belt Line Road;
  • Richland Elementary School, 550 Park Bend Drive;
  • Greenwood Hills Elementary School, 1313 W. Shore Drive;
  • Canyon Creek Elementary School, 2100 Copper Ridge Drive;
  • Prairie Creek Elementary School, 2120 E. Prairie Creek Drive;
  • Mohawk Elementary School, 1500 Mimosa Drive;
  • Northrich Elementary School, 1301 Custer Road;
  • Arapaho Classical Magnet School,1300 Cypress Drive;
  • Care Church 1504, E. Campbell Road;
  • Yale Elementary School, 1900 E. Collins Blvd.;
  • Dartmouth Elementary School, 417 Dartmouth Lane;
  • Springridge Elementary School,1801 E. Spring Valley Road; and
  • Jess Harben Elementary School, 600 S. Glenville Drive.
In addition, the city will have three Collin County voting locations on election day:
  • First Baptist Church Richardson, 1001 N. Central Expressway;
  • Aldridge Elementary School Gym, 720 Pleasant Valley Lane; and
  • Miller Elementary School, Gym 5651 Coventry Drive.
The last day to register to vote for the general election is April 6. In Dallas and Collin counties, polls will be open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on election day. For more information on the city election, click here.
