The Richardson ISD board of trustees will consider a $1.4 billion bond proposal during the upcoming Aug. 7 meeting.

The details

The bond is broken into three propositions. The first is a general proposition consisting of funding for a new career and technology education center, middle school renovations, transportation needs and more. The second proposition would fund new tablets and other devices for students and teachers. The third proposition is for stadium upgrades.

If trustees approve the bond proposal, an election will be held in November for voter approval.
