Richardson ISD graduates will soon walk across the stage to accept their diplomas and move forward to the next chapter in their lives.

What you need to know

Students from J.J. Pearce High School will have their ceremony at 8 p.m., May 22. The Berkner High School ceremony will be held at 8 p.m., May 23. Richardson High School will have a ceremony at 8 a.m., May 24 and Lake Highlands High School have a ceremony at 8 p.m., May 24. All ceremonies will be held at Eagle-Mustang stadium, according to the district website.

Keep in mind

In the event of inclement weather, RISD officials may delay the start of the ceremony by two hours. However, if postponements are required, the J.J. Pearce High School ceremony will be moved to 8 a.m., May 25. Berkner High School would move its ceremony to 8 p.m. May 25. If either graduation for Richardson High School or Lake Highlands High School is postponed, the ceremony would be moved to 8 a.m. or 8 p.m. May 27.


What else?

Tickets will not be required for the ceremony and there will be no limit on the number of guests a graduate can invite.
