A global hot pot restaurant, Shoo Loong Kan, is set to open later this month, slightly later than anticipated.

The restaurant’s menu is based around hot pots, which start with a broth and allow diners to add other items a la carte. Customers can choose from different seafood, meat and vegetable options, according to the website.

The Richardson location in DFW Chinatown will be Shoo Loong Kan’s first North Texas restaurant.
