The campus housed the headquarters of Fujitsu Network Communications and certain operations of Celestica, an electronics manufacturing services firm and business partner of Fujitsu.
The 845,000-square-foot campus is located at 2821 Telecom Parkway.
“This acquisition falls in-line with DSP’s mission to acquire and develop high-barrier to entry logistics real estate across the U.S.,” said Howard Wedren, founder and managing principal of Dayton Street Partners. “We are excited to expand our Texas portfolio with this acquisition of a highly functional and well-located, value-add property.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Fujitsu campus was first built in 1990 with a second phase completed in 2001.
