Yardly Frontier in Celina is expected to be a $60 million project, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. It will include some 246 units across, said Tara Shultz, senior public relations specialist with Taylor Morrison, in an email.
The development will feature a combination of one-to-three-bedroom single-story cottage homes, as well as two-story homes with garages. These homes will range in size from 700 square feet to 1,400 square feet.

Yardly Sutton Fields in Celina is expected to cost $55 million to build, according to TDLR. This development will feature single-family detached two-story homes with two-to-four- bedrooms, Shultz said. These will include garages and range between 1,400 and 1,800 square feet in size. There will be 150 of these homes in Yardly Sutton Fields.
Both developments will have their own leasing office and pool. There will also be a shared dog park and open space between the two properties.
