Plano's planning and zoning commission approved site plan changes related to drainage at the site for the incoming $1.35 billion AT&T headquarters at a meeting Sept. 21.

Senior Planner John Kim said the plans now call for box culverts instead of a detention pond, which is why the changes needed approval from the commission.
Kim said other smaller changes include adding sports courts and pedestrian pathways. The motion also approved an official street name for a pathway planned to lead into the site from Legacy Drive, per city documents.
