The practice is led by Dr. Shireen Khan, who completed dental school in Pakistan before moving to Boston in 2013 and graduated from Boston University with her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in 2015.2. 3. Sport Clips

The Sport Clips will open in the Crossing at Ownsby Farms, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation listing. Construction on the location is expected to begin in late July with an estimated completion date in November. The men's salon provides haircuts, styling, beard trimming and detailing by appointment or on a walk-in basis. Clients can enjoy watching sports on TV, a neck and shoulder massage, and a steamed towel treatment, according to its website.4. Torchy’s Tacos

The restaurant will serve specialty tacos, burritos and queso. It will also serve salads and breakfast tacos. Torchy’s Tacos offers margaritas and other signature drinks.5. Yardly Cross Creek Meadows

The apartment complex will have 266 units ranging from one- to three- bedrooms. Units will also be pet-friendly when open to the public. Each unit comes with its own private backyard. The cottage-style homes offered at Yardly Cross Creek Meadows are built by developer Taylor Morrison.What’s next


6. Priism Golf

An opening date has not been announced. The facility will allow customers to practice their swing on a virtual course. The facility is expected to be 1,200 square feet and cost about $90,000 to construct, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.7. Sprouts Farmers Market

The grocery chain will see construction start next March with it wrapping in early 2027, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The construction is estimated to cost $4.7 million for the estimated 23,299 square foot facility. The grocer offers natural and organic foods including produce, bulk foods and vitamins.

8. Southside Bank

The facility has not been built so it does not currently have an address. An opening date has not been set. The new bank location will be about 2,009 square feet and cost $500,000 to construct, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The business offers maintenance services for vehicles, such as oil changes. The facility will be 3,763 square feet, costing nearly $1.5 million, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Construction on the facility is expected to wrap up in May 2026.
