First Watch is now open in Prosper.

This is the second First Watch restaurant in Prosper and the 25th location in North Texas. The eatery serves a number of breakfast and lunch options such as avocado toast, benedicts and turkey or veggie burgers.

First Watch also offers a rotating seasonal menu that changes throughout the year. A company representative said the restaurant will begin offering the seasonal menu during the holiday season.
