Full Bloom is opening a location in Celina, owner Kristen Bullard said.

The business, which is located in Frisco, will offer flower arrangements for various occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, sympathy, corporate events and more.

Bullard said her business was located on the square in Celina when she first opened.

“We’re super excited about being in Celina and look forward to many successful years there,” Bullard said.

Once opened, Bullard said the Celina location will offer a number of specials to promote the new location.
